Two twin brothers connected by a deep passion for what cuisine is.
After several years of work experiences in different resturants and hotels of the area, they decided to realize their dream of opening their own restaurant in Pisogne, in the Brescian side of Sebino.
In 2019 they moved to a new restaurant, with a modern design located in Costa Volpino (Bg). The aim is to transmit and communicate their way of living and loving food.
A fresh cuisine, with great attention to the raw materials selection. A cuisine which is a recall of their origin territory, Calabria, together with contamination of contemporary Italian and Lombard cuisine.
Equilibrium il the keyword, respect to what derives from it: for the used ingredients and above all for the guests.
