Ethiopian Airlines cattering
According to an Ethiopian Airlines press release, the new state-of-the-art in-flight catering facility will significantly improve the airline’s ability to offer a wide range of catering services to its customers.
The new structure will increase Ethiopian’s ability to offer meals to more than 100,000 people per day, a huge impact compared to the 36,000 meals produced previously daily.
Ethiopian Catering, one of the airline’s seven strategic business units, is looking to expand its operations by opening more facilities in Africa, following strategic partnerships with other airlines.
