A new university concept from Fran’s, not Bangkok for brunch and comfort food. Downtown by Fran’s expands the concept into a restaurant where you can dine all day, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and coffee.
The environment is modern and quite sophisticated, with a strong design component: concrete block walls, grey paddles and an open kitchen.
