Golf, Gavi Hills
Nestled in the landscape of the Gavi hills, Golf Colline del Gavi is a facility that interprets golf as an all-round experience, combining sport, nature, and local development. The course is spread over 27 holes, divided into three sections: Lake, Castle, and Old Course, set in a natural setting characterized by trees, bodies of water, and gentle drops that make each course technical and dynamic.
Founded in 1990 and gradually expanded until the inauguration of the 27-hole course in 1998, the Colline del Gavi Golf Course today extends over approximately 110 hectares in the heart of the Gavi area.
The location, nestled among vineyards and landscapes of lower Piedmont, helps define the identity of the facility, which combines sporting activities with services dedicated to hospitality, dining, and relaxation. A place designed to experience golf in an authentic environment, where the quality of the experience is naturally linked to the beauty of the area.
The farmhouse kitchen
The composition integrates the main equipment dedicated to the different phases of work: starting with the Super Griglia Olis to the Super Frytop, through the high-yield deep Fryers, induction for fast preparation, Olis pasta cooker and the bain-marie. A configuration designed to ensure versatility, business continuity and high performance, adapting to the variety of the offer and the rhythms of the catering.
The kitchen also offers the “Golfista Menu”, structured for those who want a tasty and quick break between holes or a moment of refreshment at the end of the sporting activity. Completing the experience, the weekend calendar is frequently enriched with tasting evenings and themed dinners, occasions when cuisine becomes an integral part of the club and local experience.
