The Serie 1100 of Olis has been chosen by the restaurant of the Hotel Combolo, an organization that combines Valtellina gastronomic tradition and modern operational needs. The adoption of the 1100 Series demonstrates the effectiveness of a system able of supporting high volumes of work without sacrificing efficiency and organization, even in small environments.
Compact in size but ambitious in performance, the line was created to ensure operational continuity even in the smallest kitchens, where every centimeter becomes strategic. The pass-through design and highly modular structure allow for a flexible configuration, capable of adapting to dynamic operating contexts without sacrificing efficiency and power.
The collaboration also with Olis’ partner Gamag helped in optimizing every design detail.
A configuration designed for fast and efficient service, with an iconic kitchen with four Olis burners, a double fryer, a fry top 90 and a double pasta cooker, ideal to assure continuity and high performance in the kitchen.
