Complementing these are a 600-seat auditorium, a cinema-theater hall, conference rooms, a library, conservation laboratories, restaurants, cafés, and a rooftop panoramic terrace.
To assure an efficient and high-level catering service, a large and functional central kitchen has been realized, equipped with several induction stations, able of supporting high production volumes. The design and optimization of this strategic area has been cared by the technical support of Poziom21, reliable partner of Olis, who has supported the spaces organisation and has found operative solutions to assure more efficient and performing service, choosing Diamante90 products.
