A young and technological chef who has chosen from the wide offer given by the Diamante Touch  4.0 the electric equipments which satisfy at best its natural inclination and need of offering in every moment a top quality and efficient service.

In a compact space, there is a good variety of newest equipments: a touch induction on the accessorized cabinet with the useful and practical accessorized door Diamante; beside, the pasta cooker with the advanced control, all completed with the new combi – oven O-Link and a blast chiller Touch by Olis. 

High performances chosen by a manager with an advanced approach to the daily work who has focused his attention on Olis for its unique solutions, which are customizable and represent an alternative through its team and prepared project office.
