Induction, where it should be installed and why

It is recommended, where possible, to place the induction equipments at a certain distance from the other equipments which generate a lot of heat, such as Frytop, Fryers, Grills, etc. This to assure the safe and optimal performance. High temperatures could interfere with the delicate electronic components of the induction, reducing its effects. Moreover, a long exposition to the heat could cause the overheating of the cooking surface, compromising the security. Keeping the induction separated from other heating sources helps in keeping unchanged its performances and in avoiding possible false malfunctioning.
