The opening of a patisserie Cova in the city of the Peloponnese, along the coast in the south of the magnificent Athens, is brand new.
The laboratory has been developed with the great support of Olis’ long-standing partner,,XENEX who contributed with his own professionalism and competence to realize the right equipment combination in a reduced space.
The pastry chefs team has at its service a gas range with four burners, which has also a undercounted static oven, beside the iconic Olis pasta cooker.
To complete, a last generation SuperFryTop with an independent cooking gridle, which assures the right and optimal diffusion of heat avoiding thermic loss and optimizing the consumption; a top double tank fryer closes the chosen Diamante range.
Space has become more and more precious and at Cova Astir Marina it has been optimized at maximum for sure.
