In the kitchen of Calabritto Terrace a modular solution of  Diamante90 of Olis shines, perfect union to the owner’s philosophy,  where the inclination to the innovation combined with the solidity of the tradition bases reflect perfectly the values of the three compaies involved in this project.  

An efficient cooperation with the partner  Galli Gc, which from more than 50 years supports its customers with its profesionalism, suppling technical solutions according to the professionalism of OLIS, which offers a wide range of equipment, the skill of the longterm manufacturing art of its production and the profesionalism of its working team.  

An horizontal line perfectly performing to fully satisfy chefs’ needs in this elegant restaurant composed by a pasta cooker, a gas range, a latest generation SuperFrytop and a traditional fryer and a brand new refrigerated table. 

At Terrazza Calabritto there is not a simple reinterpretation of the Neapolitan cuisine, but an exceptional emotional research that comes from a courageous and conscious experimentation.

It is the year 2000 when Enzo Politelli, moved by his greatest passion, decides to take over a historic restaurant in Naples.
In the following spring, together with his cousins, Massimo and Maurizio, Terrazza Calabritto is born.  From that moment the whole family Politelli joins forces and puts in field the knowledge handed down, to make of Terrace Calabritto a restaurant that offers its guests a kitchen with a specific idea. Innovative and able to expand the tradition, but without ever giving up, but rather reworking it giving you the taste of your own home.
This is the true philosophy of Terrazza Calabritto: constant research, flavours to be discovered, ability to surprise but without giving up the warm and enveloping environment of a real family.  In 2013 Terrazza Calabritto restyled both from a design and conceptual point of view thanks to the contribution of Stefano Vitucci who becomes part of the family bringing with him new ideas and new worlds.
Today they continue to carry on the tradition started with their parents, Bruno and Vittorio, remaining faithful to their ideas, to their own past, trying, thanks also to the new generational transition, Always new inspirations and welcoming with love anyone who wants to live the experience of their terrace.
