The heating element assembly is mounted on a tilting stand, held in working or cleaning position by a locking pin. The cooking surface is cleaned by pyrolysis effect with the help of a rake suitably shaped to the geometry of the heating elements. The electric sausage cooker is equipped with a food-grade AISI 304 oval-section heating element unit for direct cooking. The heating element assembly is mounted on a tilting stand, held in the working or cleaning position by a locking pin.
