ELECTRIC COOKERWURSTEL The Contact grill is equipped with a group of AISI 304 electric heating elements powered by an oval section for direct cooking. GN 1/1 pan with humidifier function and removable fat collection for cleaning operations. Temperature controlled by energy regulator. The heating element assembly is mounted on a tilting stand, held in working or cleaning position by a locking pin. The cooking surface is cleaned by pyrolysis effect with the help of a rake suitably shaped to the geometry of the heating elements. The electric sausage cooker is equipped with a food-grade AISI 304 oval-section heating element unit for direct cooking. The heating element assembly is mounted on a tilting stand, held in the working or cleaning position by a locking pin.
