An history of Tradition and Family

Thirty years ago, in a picturesque mountain plan, called Pian de le Femene, from a structure realized to refresh cows and to produce milk and cheeses, the so called caserin del formai, the agritourism Casera Vecia is born.  

Today, this structure has become a wonderful family managed activity, recognized for its dedication to work and for its mountain passion.  

The rich offer of products, strictly hand made, recalls daily a wide quantity of people who are lovers of a cuisine rich in flavours and realized with territorial ingredients. 

Past meets future

Three generation’s reality who carries a long-time tradition and who has always renewed itself following actual needs of the moment. 

With this direction, recently a large investement has been done and consequently the whole dining area has been renewed so as the kitchen space.  

Thanks to the careful and professional advice of Polo Cucine, a long-term and trusted Olis partner, a shining Diamante90 has been installed in the kitchen. The chosen equipment, necessarily, had to meed the needs of a young and modern staff, whi seeks reliability and fast reply for a service aimed at the high quality.
