ELECTRIC BATHTUB Capacity 2 GN 1/1. The power installed for electric bain-marie, ensures rapid set-up of the equipment and maintenance of the chosen operating temperature. The basin is designed to hold Gastro Norm bowls up to a depth of 150 mm and is inclined toward the front to allow proper 'water discharge through the drain cock located on the front of the machine. The equipment is equipped with a safety thermostat, adhesive heating elements and indicator light to signal heating activity. The temperature is adjustable by thermostatic control from 30 to 90°C.
The bottom is sloping towards the drain to facilitate water drainage.
The bain-marie have basins suitable for holding GN bowls with a maximum height of 15 cm, and are complete with perforated false bottom and drain cock.
