Tank dimensions Gastro Norm. Perforated false bottom for vessel support. Adjustable temperatures from 30° to 90°C. Tank equipped with overflow level. Gas version: burner controlled by thermostatic safety thermocouple valves and piezo ignition. Electric version: armoured heating elements positioned outside the tank, water filling by means of solenoid valve.
