ELECTRIC INDUCTION COOKER TOP version with 2 zones for an output of 5kW per zone. The appliance is equipped with pot presence detector and operation indicator light. Ergonomic knobs mounted on a sloping dashboard for easy visibility. The cooktop is stamped in one piece, AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish, with large radii and large capacity for collecting overflowing liquids. The cooking zones are marked with a circular silkscreen printing with a diameter of 22 cm (30 cm for the wok), for a power of 5 kW per zone. A device detects the presence of the pan and activates the heating; in the event of abnormal use, however, a special overheating protection device blocks the operation.
