A complete Diamante 90<\/strong> range, a modular solution designed to ensure efficiency, robustness and business continuity, has been installed in the kitchen of this historic Roman restaurant.<\/p>

The composition integrates a gas stove with the iconic Olis stabilized flame burners<\/strong>, available with powers up to 10 kW, to ensure speed and control in express cooking. Next to it, the Super Grill<\/strong> expands the cooking possibilities, with gas, electric or lava stone versions, ideal for meat, fish and other ingredients.<\/p>

The protagonist of the department is the Evo fryer<\/strong>, designed for high productivity and precise cooking control. The 7-inch touch display and power modulation optimise handling and consumption, while the automatic oil filtering system<\/strong> helps keep frying quality constant and simplify daily work.<\/p>

The presence of two pasta cooker also assures continuity and flexibility during service, following the fast pace of preparation of the great traditional Roman plates.<\/p>
