In the Ticino area there’s a centre that offers a wide range of services to a large public, daily managing about 450 people among guests and operators.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

An electric cooker <\/b>with cast iron radiant plates, with the hob entirely molded from a single plate of thick stainless, all waterproof to avoid any infiltration of liquids.\u00a0<\/p>

A classical pasta cooker with double tanks, an important capacity to assure a possible large quantity even of different kinds of pasta.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

And to complete the kitchen, the certainty of a\u00a0 bratt pan\u00a0<\/strong><\/a> for the slow cooking and steaming of large quantities of food, preserving inside flavours and steam that are released during cooking.<\/p>
